The Thomson Middle School Band Boosters Organization is comprised of adults who support the TMS Band by volunteering their time and efforts to help fulfill the needs of the band.  If you have a child in the TMS Band - you are automatically a band booster!

Jan 30th recap:

The first order of business was discussing High School registration for 8 th grade band students. Eight grade band students have been assigned to Ms. Hines and a counselor for high school registration. Eighth grade students’ parents should be receiving a phone call from them in the following weeks.

8 th Grade students can sell dominos buy one get one free cards for fund raiser to benefit them for the Hawaii trip scheduled for next year.

Spring Trip
The spring trip planning is going well. The trip is being planned for Orlando with the students going to Universal Studios. It will be a three day trip with the students going to Universal Studios. The cost of the trip will be around $200 and will be in late April. Students will be placed in groups of 4 with a chaperone. Students will need to have earned 25 merits to be able to go.

The seventh graders will participate in Band Festival February 18 at Thomson High School. This is required to earn 10 merits. If they do not attend they will need to make up work for a grade, however merits will not be earned for makeup work. Eighth graders will participate in band festival in March at Greenbrier Middle School.
